primary therapeutic provider, and has experience in both Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectal Behavioral Therapy (DBT) approaches.
Lance Briggs also can prescribe medications to help with the following mental health conditions

Weight management is a very complicated issue, as our food environment and life stress play a huge role in our eating behaviors. Lance has many years of experience working with people of obesity in reducing weight with a combination of medications (Rx), Therapy, and Wellness Coaching.

Lance is easy going, and approaches patients with unconditional positive regard. He grew up in Oregon, but went to school at the University of North Dakota (UND) graduating with honors. He worked in the inpatient psychiatric setting in Houston, TX for a few years, before settling back in the Northwest (Seattle), where he serves both the Northwest and Midwest population. He enjoys playing his guitar, walking in the wilderness with his partner (Sydney) and his three cats.

Nathan’s coaching sessions will gradually reveal what’s holding you back in reaching your goals. Through the sessions with Nathan, you will find out exactly what you need to do to get over your mental and emotional blocks. Nathan believes in 100% open and honest dialogue with the shared goal of self-actualization.

Life and Wellness Coaching session are usually not covered by insurance, and will be cash pay. Please ask about fees and sliding scale options. If you are sufferring from a medical or psychiatric emergency please call 911, as we are not an emergent service.
