JACKI GERVAIS PMHNP-CARN, DNP

Psychiatric Clinician

Jacki Gervais PMHNP, CARN-AP, APRN,  is a Certified Addiction and Psychiatric and Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with over 20 years of experience working with individuals who have various psychiatric and substance abuse disorders. 

On her personal time Jacki enjoys cooking, playing with her dog and watching documentaries. She often enjoys traveling around the US, and visiting with friends.

Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner 

STACIE OLSON, DNP, APRN, PMHNP-BC

Stacie Olson DNP, APRN, PMHNP-BC is an adult psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner who graduated from the University of North Dakota (UND) with her Master of Science and Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner degree in 2010.  She graduated in 2014 from Duquesne University with her doctorate in nursing practice (DNP).

  

She has experience in working with individuals with anxiety disorders, major depression, bipolar, ADHD, eating disorders, and substance use disorders. She also currently holds a faculty position at Frontier Nursing University working with a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (NP) program.    

Stacie has interests in chemical dependency, suicide assessment, and working with graduate psychiatric NP students to advance the number of psychiatric NPs in rural areas.  She works for the NLN CNEA as an on-site nursing program accreditation evaluator. She has served on the local board for Sigma Theta Tau Eta Upsilon Chapter and the board for the North Dakota Nurse Practitioner Association.   

SOHA ALAMMOURY, AGPCNP-BC, MSN

Psychiatric Clinician

Soha Alammoury is a Board-certified Nurse Practitioner; graduated with her MSN in 2016.  Her background includes adolescent/ adult psychiatry, primary care, and geriatrics.  She focuses on providing mental health, substance abuse, and addiction treatment. Her clinical career took her on a journey through the healthcare system, from inpatient to outpatient settings, managing the care of everyone from adolescents to older adults.

Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner 

ELIZABETH VIDAS, DNP, APRN, PMHNP-BC

Elizabeth Vidas, DNP, ARNP, PMHNP-BC is a psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner with over 8 years experience in treating people with addiction, most of whom had other mental health diagnoses such as depression, anxiety, and PTSD, with a focus on women-identifying individuals. 

She provides individual-centered treatment plans blend psychiatric medications with holistic interventions such as movement, adding foods (no diets), therapy recommendations, or mindfulness-based techniques. Elizabeth uses interventions that are science-based and supported by evidence.

In her free time, Elizabeth enjoys hiking, running, crocheting, and board games."

Administrative Assistant

ASHLEY ERICKSON

Ashley has experience working with both children and adolescents with psychiatric illness and addictions. Ashley has been an instrumental part of ensuring our office runs smoothly, that clients get seen in a timely manner, and offering administrative support to all professional staff. In her free time, Ashley enjoys spending time with her family, serving as youth leader at her church, and is involved in a number of other community activities.

Our providers offer high quality, compassionate, personal, and comprehensive mental health services. We do not refuse care to patients seeking mental health care, regardless of ability to pay or whether you have health insurance. Our sliding fee scale allows you to pay for services based on your income and family size.
